Build is our service which overhauls a business. It is a deep dive into your processes, how you do things, why and when.
We keep your clients in mind during this, a lot of the time the changes we are bringing actually enhance their experience two fold!

After the call Elle will take the information from the call and pull together a report on your software options as well as a proposal for Elle Baldry Consulting to undertake the project for you.

We have multiple jobs running at one time and was looking for a system that would help us manage them easier.

If you accept the proposal we have some paperwork to complete prior to kicking off the project.
This is selecting your payment plan (we have some options available to spread the cost), Signing of the contract and completing our onboarding questionnaire.
This questionnaire asks for your branding information like fonts, colours and logo. Any templates you already use in your business like emails, proposals, quotes and instructions. We also book in the Kick Off call at this point.

Regular Catch ups
We schedule regular catch ups to report progress throughout the build, get input and review some of the work products we create.
Setting Up Systems
Your project will be allocated to the team member who has the right experience. We pride ourselves on matching clients with the right software solutions. We often need access to other software within your business to link them together. To ensure security and not sharing passwords we tend to do these during our regular catch ups so your passwords stay secure.
We provide video walkthroughs of each setup and this provides you with a library of videos and your bespoke setup. These can be added to your training packs, onboarding packs and SOPs within your business so any new starters can be trained effectively.
In Person / Online
We provide training sessions for teams and individuals which vary from 1 hour- 3 hours. We cover the full setup and how to use the systems in this training.
After an initial consultation you created a personalised system for my business which has made tedious jobs a piece of cake. This has freed up time for me from the mundane to concentrate on doing the job I love which is speaking to clients and helping them to achieve their dreams of home ownership.
Elle you are a consummate professional and had great patience in training me and my two assistants on the new system. You have also given us the peace of mind of always being on the end of the telephone when we need your help.
The system you recommended and developed specifically will continue to grow with my business and is helping to keep on top of case management but also with booking appointments, invoicing and most importantly cashflow.
Once you have your training session you will have 30 days of priority support from the team. This can be accessed via our helpdesk (the link will be shared with you at the training session)
We find 30 days is the perfect amount of time for our clients to feel supported and having the right amount of support from us.
