The Project:

CRM setup - JD Allen Engineering

The team at JD Allen were running off a very elaborate spreadsheet. Deren knew he needed something to bring his team together and allow him to delegate better but also communicate more complex information to clients in a simplified way. Enter Dubsado.

  • Implemented a more automated workflow for splitting work
  • Implemented a client portal
  • Simplified invoicing and introduced card payments
  • Introduced appointment scheduling for clients to select their dates
  • Migrated their data to Dubsado 
  • We also implemented Hive for on the go teams

We have allowed Deren to easily see work that needs to be done and where each project is at. He is now able to capture all the important information on projects in one place. 

He is able to delegate more clearly as each task is mapped out and clearly managed within Dubsado.

Flodesk setup - Trade to Developer 

Suzanne was getting stressed out at not understanding her email marketing software. She had all the ideas but just didn't know how to put them together in Flodesk.

Operational Support - Make Me Local 

Make Me Local were a CRM and Project management setup project before morphing into an operational support client. Working with the team and managing director, Andrea it has been a pleasure!

After going live in early 2024 we were in a place to start capturing data on all the processes within the organisation. Many of which hadn't been available for reporting before.

When I work on CRM setups, I only recommend software which is compliant with the country in which you operate and their information laws.
