Workshops can be hosted at external offices or at your workplace (meeting room is essential). During these sessions we provide a bespoke agenda for the day which we will plan out with you based on your specific needs.
We also provide a full write up of your process using our mapping software. This is shared with you in multiple formats after the session.

Elle first assisted by helping us to identify those key areas of the business where we needed to improve our processes and then supporting us to put those processes in place. Where staff would show panic when new business came in, we now have a more confident team who look forward to taking on new clients on a continual basis. As this area of work is the most time consuming part of our service delivery , the result of having a good process in place is that we have been confident enough to pitch for and win our largest management; this at double the size of our existing largest client.
